20% off all preventive & restorative dental services, including cleanings, exams, x-rays, periodontics, root canals, fillings, crowns, extractions and dentures. Does not include implant crowns and abutments.

ADP is exclusive to SRQ Dentistry. It cannot be used at other dental offices.
SRQ Dentistry is a private dental practice that offers quality dental care in a state -of-the-art facility by highly qualified dental providers.
We only accept payment in full for the annual membership fee. The plan is active for one year from the date payment is received.
ADP is a membership program for individuals and may not be applied to groups of people.
ADP cannot be combined with any other discount, promotion, insurance, or care credit.
